I purchased a Inner oven glass from you to replace a broken one. How do I remove the oven door from the stove. I know it has two hinges, but I don't want to damage anything . Any information is helpful.. Thank you
Answer Hello Dave. To remove the door, open the door to the broil position. Don't use the handle to remove the door, grab hold of the door itself. Lift slightly and with your hands pull out on the door...the lifting gets the hinges out of the keepers and pulling out will dislodge the door hinges from their holders. Hope this helps.

I need to replace the inner glass of my oven door. Will I need any additional parts to just replace the broken glass?
Answer Hello Trish. As long as it is just the glass that is broken, you should'nt need to replace anything else. You should be able to reuse the existing hardware. Hope this helps.

We need to replace the glass on our oven door. We ordered and received the glass and watched the video of how to remove the oven door. Our oven door doesn't have the same type of latches as in the video. Do we need to remove the door to replace the glass?
It is best to remove the oven door in order to replace the glass. To remove the oven door of your unit you will want to open the oven door to the fullest. On the hinge there will be a hole on each hinge. You will want to take a nail or something that will fit into the hole and push it through. You will then close the door slowly and once it reaches where the pins that you put in are the door will stop. When stopped push up on the door slightly and the door hinge will release from the receiver. You will then just lift the door out of place.
I cannot figure out how to remove the door of this oven. It would be nice if you had a video for removing the door of built in wall ovens.
Answer Hello Mike. Sorry we are adding videos daily. However, if you open the door all the way and look at the bottom of the hinge, there is a clip you pull down and lock into place. Then close the door until it stops and lift upward and off the range.
Having a hard time removing the door, the video doesn't seem to help me. How do I remove the door on this model?
Answer Hello Tracey. To change the glass in an oven door, you will need to determine how to remove the door on the model number you are working on. If you open the door to the first stopping point, some oven doors will lift off the unit in this position. On other models, you will see clips on the back of the hinge toward the opening where the hinge enters the range. If yours is like this, you will open the door all the way open, then pull the clips down until they stop and lock in place. Then close the door to the stopping point and lift the door off the range. If you door does not lift off, and it does not have the clips, then you will open the door all the way open. You will see a hole in the hinge at the bottom of the door. You will insert a pin or nail into that hole and close the door to the stopping point. Then you can lift the door off the unit. Once the door is removed, you will lay it on a soft surface and disassemble the door. Pay attention and make notes if needed for reassembly of the oven door. Once you have replaced the door glass, you will reinstall the oven door back onto the range in reverse order of the way you removed it.
replacing inner glass on oven door. Hinge has me baffled about door removal; looks like I'd have to slide out the entire oven (cabinet-mounted, stand-alone).
Answer Doug, You wont have to remove the oven from the cabinet. You will need a couple of small metal nails or pins (1/8 to 5/32" round) To Remove the Door: Open the oven door all the way, with the door open, each hinge will have a 1/8 in. alignment hole, insert the nail or pin into the hole in each hinge. Grasp the door handle from underneath and gently close the door as far as possible. Grasp the bottom of the door assembly and pull the door outward at the bottom to remove. Once the repair is complete To Reinstall the door: Fit the hinge arms into the slots in frame front. Push in at lower corners to insure that hinge arms are fully engaged. Open the door all the way. Remove the nail / pins from the hinge holes. Close the door. If the door does not operate freely Repeat process until door operates properly. ,
