Hi, I am changing the inner oven door glass on my Kitchenaid stove and I noticed the glass has an HB etched on one side. I know this is a heat barrier, but which side of the glass is coated and how do I know what side to face down? There are also two and both have this HB etching??? thank You! Anyone?

2929117 is showing on the diagram of Whirlpool IBD550PWS00, although 9759225 is the actual part showing. Are you telling me both parts are the same? I'm at kind of a lost with all these cross references.

We need to replace the glass on our oven door. We ordered and received the glass and watched the video of how to remove the oven door. Our oven door doesn't have the same type of latches as in the video. Do we need to remove the door to replace the glass?

I cannot figure out how to remove the door of this oven. It would be nice if you had a video for removing the door of built in wall ovens.

I watched the repair video and the first step is to swivel the hinge bracket up. The video shows the repairman pulling the bracket up with his hand. I have tried repeatedly to pull the hinge bracket up by hand but to no avail. It looks so simple and probably is, any ideas. Is the hinge different on my model?
