We have had this model for approximately 5 years and have had no issues up until now. We noticed water underneath of the washer about 1 month ago. We took it apart and discovered a crack in the drain pump due to a coin being lodged into it. We replaced the pump, cleaned all parts and put the components back together. For the next month all issues were resolved and the washer worked like a charm again. The washer has since developed a new issue. Sd is on the display screen and the washer stops cycling before spinning out. It is draining, agitating, but will not spin out. After running the diagnostic check, codes F32 and F71 came up. It is obviously not a soap issue as we have always used the same HE detergent. The other code states something about mechanical friction. Any ideas or answers? Thanks

I purchased this washer 12/6/07, two years later the mother board had to be replaced. The washer just started acting up again as follows: It has a real problem with small loads, I usually get the unbalanced load error “u9” during the rinse cycle. When I do medium size loads, it stops at the drain & spin mode with the “u9” code. While in the spin cycle the machine is real, real noisy. Please advise, I’m wasting a lot of water & don’t know if it’s worth having repaired.

I have a Kenmore Elite washer, model #11027042603. The washer seems to run fine through all of its cycles but as started to run extremely loud during its spin cycles, like it is spinning much faster than it use to. Is there a speed control sensor that needs to be replaced? Thanks, Chad

I have a whirlpool cabrio (2006) that was giving F51 codes about 10-15 minutes into a cycle. I originally thought it was the Motor Control Board and ordered that part. Once I put it on though, I still got the F51 error on the agitator part of the manual diagnostic. However, I was able to run through 3 full wash cycles (2 empty, 1 with towels) and the error didn't come up again. Looking for advice on if I really solved the problem or if it indicates I need to replace the RPS sensor itself?

My Kenmore elite washer stop working. It would not power up or anything. I replaced the computer board ( part #8564392) and now it powers up however, I can only run water into the machine and nothing else. The machine doesn't wash. After filling up the washer with water it gives a fault code of F51. What can I do to fix this?
