Hello, washer wont spin but does agitate. I replaced the motor coupling but still no spin and the motor smells a little. Thanks

When my washer starts washing the agitator in the middle makes noises like it gets stuck and does not agitate. To me it sounds like something in the agitator is striped or wore out. Can you tell me what you think it could be?

When my washer gets to the spin part it stops and does not complete the cycle until you manually set it on spin only. Then it will spin. Do have any idea on what part I need? Thanks.

It used to snap on and off of the lower agitator(For the past 16 years). Now it is very loose. The bolt is not loose or missing.
