My Neptune DC dryer does not heat up, its a gas dryer and I was confused if it is the Logic board or the control relay board. or are they one of the same? The top dry cleaning compartment works fine
You will want to check the high limit thermostat, the thermal fuse to make sure that they are ok. Check for a broken or inoperative igniter, open flame sensor and check the coils on the gas valve to make sure that they are good. If any of this checks bad then replace it. The control or logic board would be the last thing to suspect for not heating.
DRYER HAVE POWER LIGHT COMES ON WHEN U OPEN DRYER DOOR. NOTHING ELSE WORK LIKE ITS NOT GETTING ANY POWER CONTROL PANEL NOT WORKING NOT LIGHTING UP
Answer Keith, You're on track, it's most likely a faulty control board 31001562 like you think. But if your dryer is an Electric model, make sure and reset both breakers and you have 240 volts to the dryer. We're sending you some information that should help you diagnose and repair your dryer properly. Thanks
