I have same issue, wash arms don't spin during cleaning process but water level is at heating element. Filter is dirty. Could that be the issue?
Mike for Model Number DWU9302AAE
Answer Hello Mike. Yes, if the filter is dirty, the water does not go back into the sump and it will not spray. You need to clean the filter first. Thanks.

The wash arms don't want to spin during the cleaning process. They freely spin when I open the door and spin them but they don't while in the wash cycle what do I do?
Trina for Model Number DWU9202AAE
Answer Hello Trina! You will need to make sure that you have the correct amount of water entering the machine. Once filled, the water should be right at or touching the bottom of the heating element. If you do not have the correct amount of water, you will have some sort of filling issue with your valve. Your valve is part number 99001359. Check this and let us know!
