Where can I find a gasket or top for this pressure cooker?
Answer Hello Bobby! Unfortunately, we do not have parts for or information on Wolfgang Puck. Sorry about that!
A loud banging can be heard during any spin cycle. It sounds as though it is coming from under the agitator. Please advise.
The noise would be caused by a bad drive block. The drive block is damaged or loose and would most likely need to be replaced. The part number of the drive block is 389140.
Wirlpool, The washer machine begin to work properly, but when the wash cycle is in 6, the machine try to do some change and made stop. This problem is the same in all the cycles.
If the unit is draining but not going into the spin cycle then you will want to check to make sure that the clutch is good. In most cases the clutch will be the issue.
When the washer starts to spin,it makes this awful noise like a banging noice and shuts itself off without spinning the wet laundry out....the code F51 came up..not sure what that means??
Answer Hello JD,
The F51 error code indicates a Motor rotor position sensor failure or lower harness problem. You would want to check RPS sensor and check wire harness for broken or damaged wiring.
My washer started squealing as soon as the wash cycle started. Everything through the cycle works fine except for the squeal.
Answer Hello Thomas,
Sounds like you have a foreign object in the drain pump 3363394. Sometimes you can get lucky and get the item out, but with the pump being made of plastic, the chances of no damage being done to the pump is rather slim.
Can I get a copy of the wiring diagram?
Answer Hello. Sorry, but Kenmore does not offer their information. You should have a copy of the wiring diagram somewhere on the unit. Look inside the control panel of the unit. Thank you.
Washer stopped during spin cycle. It makes a loud noise and spin cycle doesn't work. What can be the problem? How do I troubleshoot that, and how do I fix it ?
Answer Hello Scott. You will need to check and see if the clutch 8299642 is bad or broke on the unit. If so, it will prevent the unit from spinning. Also, check the brake shoes. My washer leaks every wash, only about a pint or less. Always during the first spin. It doesn't leak any more throughout the wash cycle. Puddle right in front of the washer. This washer runs good, what could this be?
Answer Hi Mike. You need to lift the unit and support it. Look underside and see if the pump part # 3363394,tub to pump hose part # 3363394, pump to drain hose part # 3348552 or what is leaking. These are 2- of the common parts that do. Let us know if we can assist further. Thank You.
Washer goes through the spin cycle but does not empty the water and stops there.
Answer Hello Rudy. You will need to check and see idf the lid switch 12001187 is bad if the unit does not drain or spin. It should read closed with the lid closed. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. I am trying to get the belt off, and I don't have a manual.
Answer Hello Louise. Your machine does not use a belt, it uses a motor coupling in place of the belt. Here is the part number for you, along with a part number for the repair manual. 285753A 4313896 Hope this helps.
