My oven does not get hot enough to use. What needs to be replaced?
Answer Hello Sarah,
The ignitor 3186491 is the most probable cause of this failure.
The top burners work but oven bake or broil will not work.
Answer Hello La. Check the control and see if it is bad in the unit. Also, make sure the igniter is good. We will need your model number to help you more with this. Please post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx
The oven will not come on , whenever we turn it on the # F1E2 shows up.
Answer Hello Sammy. UL A/D error(s). 1. Verify failure, if not displayed, using CANCEL/OFF key. Press key for 5 seconds until last error code is displayed.
2. Unplug range or disconnect power longer than 30 seconds.
3. Plug in range or reconnect power.
4. Observe for longer than 1 minute.
5. If failure remains, go to step 6.
6. Unplug range or disconnect power.
7. Replace control.

When I turn my oven on, you hear a click, but there is a pretty strong gas smell until it gets fully heated. From what I've read, it seems I may need a new igniter or igniter switch? Can you tell me the part numbers for my oven? I've looked but have gotten many different things and don't want to get the wrong one. Thank you!
Answer Suzan, Do you know if your gas supply is Nat gas or LP gas ? You may need to adjust the fuel air mixture at the bake burner air shutter, the burner flame, should appear as a double blue flame, with little or no white or yellow tipping. You don't have an igniter switch for your oven, you have an ERC/Clock W10116541 , which applies power to the DSI spark module W10331686 which converts the AC voltage to DC voltage and applies the voltage to the igniter 9758079 and gas valve W10293048. Your post indicates the oven ignites and heats but there's an odor, which indicates a fuel air mix issue.
The oven and broiler do not work. Everything else works fine, please help, thank you.
You will want to access the control board and check for 240 vac power between bake and L1 with the unit turned to bake. The same for broil when checking from broil to L1 when set for broil. If there is not 240 vac then you will need to replace the control board.
