Getting super frustrated! Whirlpool Gold oven that continues to have temp sensor problem. I have gone through probably 4 sensors in the last 3-4 years and my current 9-month old sensor just crapped out. In each case I get a runaway temp and sensor fault codes. The last sensor I bought the supplier said it was original OEM and would last longer. Why am I seeing these recurring sensor failures? I'm about ready to trash this 8-yr old oven!! Thanks!!

We are not getting an error code but a message that's read feature not available when we try the oven controls. When we reset it by unplugging and it does come on the oven is heating up too quickly. The broil element is always on then eventually it's cuts off. Could this be the oven sensor?

This gas oven will not hold temp. Any attempt to manually increase temp. fails. Is this an oven sensor assembly? Stove works fine.

When oven is on there is a noise coming from somewhere (?) Clicking and whining is how I would refer to it. Does this have to do with the temp? So far it has been heating to temp. Thanks

When baking, the oven usually overshoots the set temperature by approximately 50°F. The temperature generally then falls to the correct setting. Is this normal? My wife thinks something is wrong. Thanks!

Hi - I have a gas oven whirlpool gold accu bake duo. I am getting an E4-F3 code and frequently after oven is on for a few minutes it just shuts off and shows this error code. Last month I replaced the oven sensor assembly as shown in your video: How to Replace Oven Sensor Assembly #W10181986 other information I have seen on the internet says that I may need to replace an OPEN OVEN SENSOR or that there is a LOWER SENSOR that I may need to replace. Would appreciate any feedback you can give about possible problem or necessary part numbers. Thanks

At times when we are using the oven, the oven will not continue to heat when required. For example with the oven set at 350, the igniter will try to kick on to continue to heat the oven to maintain the temperature of 350. But you hear the igniter click in an attempt to light the oven burner but it does not light. This is not a constant issue. It does not occur on every time we use the oven. I had someone take a look at the oven and they said they believed it was a bad thermostat. On these ovens the computer board starts to go we're it believes the temperature has been met so it will try to kick on but it will shut off. Does this make sense? And I'm wondering if it is just the temperature sensor going bad. Looking for some additional opinions.

Hi what are the most common problems with why the oven won't light, I just get a little click and nothing when I press the bake or broil buttons and start.
