None of the control lights on the top of the door light up but the washer will run for a 2 hour cycle if you push the normal run cycle button.
Answer Hello Jesse. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control panel 6-919827 is bad and will need to be replaced. Remove the ribbon cable from the control board and make sure it is clean and seated properly. If so, and the buttons and lights do not work, replace the control panel. Hope this helps.
After setting the cycle when you push start button it does not start. Is it a defective switch or control panel?
Answer Hello Darrell. The first thing you will want to check is the door latch W10130694. Make sure it is working properly and the switches are good. If so, you will need to replace the control panel 6-919827. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
