I have a series 11 Neptune TL. It's been tripping the LL and UC codes. More the LL code, than UC. I pulled the clutch assembly out, and see that the bearings have a bit of rust. I cannot tell if they are frozen with rust, or if the bearings are not designed to actually spin at all. Are just the inner rollers supposed to move? I am hoping replacing the clutch assembly will resolve the issue, but realize there must be a minor leak if there is rust. What do you recommend?

My washing machine started to have problems during the spin cycle. It shows an error indicating that the paddles cannot move and to redistribute the load. It will get through a cycle without clothes, and can run throught the diagnostic spin test properly (I only tried that with no clothes). Once a few clothes are in it, it will not work. Is this a clutch problem or could it be something else? If so, what clutch do I order? Serial number starts with 13 if that matters.

My Maytag washer is throwing DC and UC codes when it goes into the spin cycle. When I try the cycle with no clothes inside it will do what it's supposed to do and operate normally. Do I need a clutch assembly or displacement sensor?

I own a Maytag Neptune washer that began to throw DC codes during spin cycle. I had to restart the spin cycle every wash unitl it finally finished. Now, with a wet load in the washer, it throws the UC code some times and will not finished the cycle and also it is making a lots of noise and it is banging the sides of the washer and stop. The this is a clutch problem? and what type of clutch I will need? The serial #4941538EX.
