Washer stops @ spins cycle, will not pump water out. If you lower drain hose the tub empties with full hose flow. No obstruction in usual areas. Motor resistance good @ 17 ohms checked at motor and through harness unplugged from Main Control Board. Powered motor through harness, motor spins, good air movement from impellers. Amp load on one lead to the motor is 1.4 Amps. The other air lead is pulling 0.6 amps. Pulled pump/motor assembly for a bench test, same results. Installed pump/motor assembly filled tub and powered unit up but still will not moving the water. There is only 3ft. of head (max) in the drain line. Performed Technician test #7: Drain pump test with positive results. Pump motor is part no:10276397. Any suggestions?

Hi - Does anyone know where I can find instructions for how to open up the chasis? (Whirlpool Model WTW4800XQ). This would be to replace the water pump. Would be great if there were directions, starting with opening up the chasis. Thanks!

Washer spins but does not drain, emptied the washer by disconnecting all hoses. Poured water into washer and no flow issues, water drained right back out. Is a broken pump the primary issue? Model is maytag centennial upright washer.
