How do you remove the burners? Do I pull on them?
Answer Hello Charlie. The sealed burners twist off the range. They can be tight. Hope this helps.

We need gaskets between the stove top and burner. There is flame coming out under burner. I assume that is the problem.
Answer Hello Ronda. It sounds like the burners or the orifices are dirty or you have a gas leak. The gaskets 74002745 has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.
I see previous answer that says the burner is removed by twisting so I assume it is a threaded connection and the burner could be removed with large adjustable pliers or a pipe wrench. Is this correct? Also is any kind of pipe sealant needed for installing the new ones?
The burner head has 3 spots that protrude to allow the head to lock into place. There is no putty or anything that would be used on it and you would not want to use a wrench or adjustable pliers on it as it will damage the enamel and burner head. If you have a rubber jar opener you would want to try to use this.
Can I replace the gasket under the grey ring a little flame shoots out.
If you are referring to the burner gasket then the part has been discontinued with no manufacturer replacement.
