Our dishes keep coming out with a distinct cloudy film and small food debris in and on dishes. We get debris inside cups that are upside down in the rack. We have checked and cleaned spray arms, cleaned filter, ran vinegar and changed rinse agents. Could it be the impeller or something with the pump?

Technical Support, The Maytag dishwasher discribed has an issue where it will run about 20 seconds, then drain. Water is filling up fine, and controls themselves exhibit what appears to be the correct indicators. the only function I don't see this issue with is the Quick Wash selection. It would appear to work fine. After this happens 4 or 5 times, and sometimes with the power removed/reapplied, it will work a normal cycle. Noted it has a turbidity sensor; if the discription is correct, I know what it does. What i don't know is what impact it has when it detects cloudy water or thinks it does (typical failure mode). Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated. Best Regards, GLG

My Amana dishwasher is quiet until the rinse cycle. Immediately before the jets spray (which is every several seconds) and loud, rurring/humming noise occurs. As stated, all the other cycles are quiet. Any suggestions?

I recently purchased a door latch (AP4481280) and door striker(AP113389) for a Jenn-Air and installed both but this did not solve my problem of the washing cycle continuing when the door is opened. The wash arms continue to operate, spraying water all over. The washing cycle should stop when the door is open to allow the customer to add or remove items and this just isn't happening. Could a sensor be the problem rather than the latch assembly? The washer is about 8-9 years old. Help please!

I tried starting the dishwasher this morning and all the lights on the panel came on but the water was not going into the machine. I can always hear the water going in once started. I pressed the cancel button and the machince began pumping out so I don"t beleive it is the pump. I looked at the diagram but did not see a valve or solinoid to allow water in???? Does this problem sound familiar

Humm... thats what I thought orginally but The repair guy told me that the W10218825 is an interchange for the W10218837. So odd's are he had the W102118825 in stock and just thought it would work?? Well in my case for at least 20 days?

Thanks for the quick reply and continued help. The New contol board they installed has an FSP#W10218825 part number on the box. The dish washer model is WDB5601AWW Ser #37117096LN. Is this FSPW10218825 the correct board for this model?

Thanks for the answer but it only ran a day on the old board so it has to be somehting with one of the boards or the motor.. It wont stay running enough now to run the cleaner through it. It just back to the three 30 second bursts and they it shuts off and I have to drain it manually. Its funny how it ran for 20 days with the new board then did this again, put the old board in and it ran for a day (about three loads) then did the same thing again. My guess is the motor as thats about the only thing that has not been replaced at this point.
