I have viewed your video and diagram and the Water Temperature Sensor on my Model WFW8300SW00 is not located behind the kick panel on the front of the tub as shown. The view behind the kick panel looks different than the washer in your vid and apparently, my washer is a different model than that shown. Is it possible the NTC is accessed through the back? Thanks.

I get an sud display, washer stops for 5mins continues like it going to wash then F35 display code shows. I look at the service tech manual inside the washer F35 means analog pressure switch failure. so i purchased a new pump and a pressure switch. I installed them and it still keeps doing the same thing. What could it be?

F24 error code. According to Whirlpool site this is the water temperature sensor (NTC SENSOR). Part#W10467289. On Diagram you suggested to previous consumer that could not find location in washer as well, it was stated to look at #27 on diagram. I cannot find #27 on diagram that I clicked on that was attatched to question. Am I looking at correct diagram? Is there a site I can access on "How to" for this particular part?
