Hello, I have a 4 year old Speed Queen Commercial Washer that won't complete the final spin, I've replaced the electric door lock, but still will spin properly every other time. As a test, it will spin when the drum is empty and complete the cycle. When the drum is full, it will not. Is there something I might check to fix this system? Thanks in advance for your time!

We have replaced the 4 shock absorbers (ordered from this site) but have noticed the tub still is pretty "wobbly" - much more so than we recall it being. What could be causing this to happen and what part(s) would we need to look at replacing? Thanks

Washer is banging in high spin only. The tub seems tight with no play. Shock absorbers on tub visually look ok. I have not pulled them to check for ware. Not sure where to start.

My washer functions properly but it bangs/knocks internally just as it starts each spin cycle. It starts out loud and hard then quiets down a bit for a couple minutes then the noise completely goes away. While spinning fast there is no banging/knocking. There are no leaks, the tub/basket is level, no other noises are present during operaton(i.e. grinding, squealing scraping, etc.) The washer does not move/walk while in operation) Aside from the loud banging/knocking during operaton there are no other problems. What might be the issue?

The shock absorbers have gone bad on my washer. I went to order new ones and found there are a large number of models to choose from. How do I find which model I have? I did not find any writing on the front or back of the machine to tell me. Thanks

Washer rotating drum is tilted backwards and doesn't rotate on center in the front opening. Nothing appears to be broken internally and the two large top mounted springs are connected. The two back shock struts appear to be setting low, but when I took one off to inspect, I'm not sure if this was the issue. 1.) how do I tell if the shock is bad? 2.) could if be something else?
