I need the pins that go in the skate plate. The tub will not stay in position.

Answer Thomas, There are no "pins" that that go into the skate plate" The skate plate is secured to the bottom of the outer tub and held in position by tub springs and brackets, The skate plate and the washer base have silicone pads that "slide" on each other and allow the tub to move as needed during the spin cycle. If the tub is moving too much, you'll need to separate the plate and the base, and check the pads for damage or excessive wear. But first check for a proper installation and usage.
If you put the skate plate in upside down will this affect the operation of the washer? Is the correct way to put the skate plate with the smooth side down?

Answer Hello Ron. Due to the design of the skate plate 3946509, it can only be installed properly one way. The smooth side goes upward and the textured side goes down toward the floor.
My washer is level but the tub leans to the front what can I do to fix it.

Answer Hello Matt. You will need to check and see if the suspension spring W10250667 is broke, or has come off. If it is broke, you will need to replace it. Hope this helps.
