WHAT MAKE THE TOP SPRAY ARM TURN. HAVE WATER WRIGHT THROUGH TOP SPRAY ARM
Answer Chris, Both spray arms rotate, by pressure produced by the wash impeller 675806 in the pump. and the amount of pressure and circulation is dependant on the amount of water in the bottom of the tub. You will need to check the water level( start the dishwasher and let it run for 3 to 5 minutes, unlatch the door, remove the lower rack and check that the water level is in contact with the bottom of the heating element(give or take 1/4 inch). If the water level is low, check the float and float switch, and replace the fill valve if alls OK.
the bottom spray arm has alot of "play" in it. it moves side to side and up and down. is this normal or are the washers/bushings worn out or is there another problem?
Answer Hi Jack. The lower wash arm has an upper radial bearing part # 9742946. It also has a lower split bearing part # 3376846. These plus the nut will hold proper clearances for operations part # 8268873. Thank You.
I took apart the lower spray head. When I put it back together there was alot of play side to side like there is a part missing. Can you give me a list of parts for a old kenmore ultra wash? Thanks
Answer Hi George. The parts that go along with this spray arm is the nylon radial bearing AP2920719, the nut AP3044194, and at the bottom there is a seal AP3044851. Hope this helps you determine which part is needed. Thanks!
There is a plastic washer that usually goes with the spray arm AP3044192. I just need to buy this plastic washer as mine broke. Do you sell this? If so, what is the part number?

I took apart my dishwasher sprayer arm and the screw, there is also a plastic washer. I don't remember which part goes in first.
Answer Hi Jean. Are you talking about the lower spray arm? There is a split washer bearing with a lip on one side that goes on first. Then the lower spray arm with plate. Then there is the washer with the larger flat lip on top of that. Then the top nut. The Middle spray arm tube has the split washer on the top side. Then the middle wash arm. Then the rack clip assembly with a center pin on top. The screw goes into the bottom of all of this once it is clipped onto the rack. Thank you.
