My green start button is loose I wiggled it and pushed it and got it to start once but now I can't get it to do it again. I know I need to get a new button, but if I cut the front end of the old one off can I see what I need to push? I'll get a new one asap but I need to wash now.

When I press the Hold to start Button nothing happens. I have to fiddle with it using a knife to pull it out and in and then eventually it goes. Is this a problem with the Hold To Start Button or is there a thing under the button that also needs to be replaced? thanks

Duet washer GHW9100LW2 was working fine but suddenly the front user interface assembly didn't light up at all. I replaced the assembly and while it was pulled out from the wall, all lights came on. I was hopeful to wash a load. Once the washer was pushed backed into place, the lights went out and the machine would not work.

The Green Start button was not working. We took the panel apart and the little plastic part that is behind the button and gets depressed (which acts like a spring) is broken. What is that part number? thanks
