My washing machine vibrates when it is spinning. After I checked the washing machine, the springs (part#63907) on left and right are almost broken. The bracket connected to one end of the spring is still ok. However the "other thing" that connects to the other end of the spring is broken. Can you tell me the part# of the "other thing" connecting to the spring? Thanks

I have found the suspension springs that I needed to replace because of thinning. But I cannot find the frame mounts to add to the order, they have also thinned and we give in the near future.

Hi. I have 3 questions. 1.the drum is leaning to one side and hitting panels on four sides. 2. the agitator does not turn. Sometimes it turns but slowly. 3. It does not spin, leaving clothes wet and soapy, but sometiems, It does well, expecially after I open and close the lid a few times during the spinning period. Looking forward to hearing you soon. My washer bangs around horribly on spin cycle with or without clothes in it. It's done this since we moved a few months ago. I've made sure the washer is level, the balance ring seems to have the correct amount of fluid in it (about 25% full), and the suspension springs are all intact. They feel a little weak to me, but I'm not sure how strong they're supposed to be in the first place, and none seem weaker than the rest. The tub of the washer is visibly leaning to the right by quite a bit. I've looked at the skate plate and it appears to be in the correct place and the white pads all look fine. What is the most likely problem in this scenario?

In my previous question in reference to the suspension springs,I am wondering if the springs cound be worn or weak enough to cause the condition, I have checked the balance ring, finding no leak. Can it be weak springs?
