Hi, we are trying to get the fuze number. Our machine won't do anything and we are wondering if the fuze may be the problem.
In order to get the fuse for the washer you would need to get the lid switch assembly. The fuse is a 120 vac 10 amp fuse and comes with the lid switch assembly 22001682.
Was in the middle of washing, lifted the lid to add more to the load and washer stopped, no noise at all. Will not drain, or agitate, will not add water, I used a wet vac and removed a couple of gallons of water. It will fill or add water, but will not agitate at all. Again no noise, can it be the washer lid switch, the fuse looks fine? I believe it is in the switch lid, do you know what the fuse size is? thanks. Bill
Answer Hello Zegota. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the lid switch assembly 22001682 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.
Admiral drains but won't spin, turns a few turns then stops motor still turning.AF
The issue could be caused by a bad brake but with out a good model number we would not be able to assist properly. Please double check the model number of the washer. Please post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx
Washer started to fill with water. Closed lid and it stopped filling and does not agitate. Spin cycle works so able to drain water, but unable to fill with water.
If the unit is not filling with water the first thing that you will want to check is to make sure that the inlet valves are not clogged. If the screens get clogged then the unit will not fill. Also check to make sure that the water valve is getting 120 vac when the unit is supposed to call for water. If no power getting to the water valve you will want to check wiring to make sure that there are no breaks and if that checks ok then the check timer.
