I have a Kitchenaid electric range and the off button no longer works. It appears to be an issue with the control membrane and seems to be a fairly common problem. What I'm wondering is if you have any instructions on replacing the membrane if I purchase one and do it myself?

On the membrane keypad the "OFF" button on the lower right side that turns the oven - off - does not work. If I unplug the stove it will reset, but once I turn the oven on again the off button will not function. Do I need to replace the Membrane Switch #9756595ES ? Thank you.
