Thank you for your fast response that the water level swith I need is obsolete. I have a quick follow up question. The overfilling problem occurs in 1 wash cycle out of roughly 10-15 uses. Would this still indicate that the water level switch is the problem or does the irregular overfilling pattern indicate another problem? Thank you!

My 20+ tear old Maytag model A211 top loading washer needs a fill switch. The machine is so old that there doesn't seem to be any parts cross-references for it. Can you tell me if the AP4025680 switch is the correct switch for this great old machine? Thank you!

My washer wont retain the water that is pumping in it. Unless I hold the drain hose up in the air and let it drain untill it gurgles and then and only then will it hold water, and sometimes I have to do this process 4 to 5 times before it will work. Just to be clear it won't fill up with water at times it just runs straight through and drains out, hope you can help me. I've ordered a lot of parts from you guys and never have you been wrong so i'll put it in your hands now and wait for an answer. Thanks

My washer won't stop filling and won't start agitating. I can manually move the timer switch to spin and it will drain and spin but no matter the water level setting, it won't stop filling or start aggitating.
