F 35 code I have looked and all reports that it is the analog pressure sensor. I have found many post about the new part not fitting.
The part was w10156252. People report that part # w10312527 is the correct part. Can you tell me which is the correct part?
Answer Hello Jeff,
There are a couple of steps that you want to check before replacing the switch. First you want to check to make sure pressure hose is fixed correctly, second check to make sure that the airtrap is not blocked and third is to check to make sure hose is not blocked. If all of this checks normal then you would want to replace the analog pressure switch W10415587.
I'm getting an F35 error code along with the SUD error. Is item number AP456809 a viable replacement part for these error codes?
Answer Hello Sean,
Here's what I found:
F35 ANALOG PRESSURE SENSOR FAILURE
If this failure is displayed, there is a malfunction of the steamer component detected by the steamer electronic board.
1. Check if pressure hose is connected correctly, (no kinks or worn holes worn into hose).
2. Check if the air trap is not blocked.
3. Check if the hose is not blocked.
The part that needs to be replaced to correct the issue is the pressure switch W10415587.
I get an F35 error code. I was told this was the part failing. In searching, it appears that this part and AP4323930 made by Whirlpool are the same? Is there any difference other than the price in these parts?
Answer Hello Kevin, it is correct that the water level switch will need to be replaced. What is your full model number, there should be two numbers after the W? The two parts look physically the same, however, you will need to replace the water level switch called directly for your appliance. Thanks!
