Answer Steve, The first thing to check is the heigth of the drain pipe. In order to hold the water in the tub properly, the top of the drain pipe must be 38 to 39 inches above the floor level. and make sure the end of the drain hose is not stuffed or sealed to the drain pipe.

Answer Hello Willikam. When you order the kit 285320 it comes with the instruction sheet for you to install the part.

Answer Hello Juan. Check and make sure the unit is draining properly. If not, you will need to check and see if the drain pump W10536347 is bad. If so, it will cause the problems your having, and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Fred. Does the unit spin? If not, you may have a bad lid switch 3949247. You will need to check and see if the lid switch is bad or broke. The syphon break is used to prevent the machine from syphoning through the drain hose. Hope this helps.
