Hello, I recently began cleaning my stove. I turned off the Circuit Breaker and unplugged it. I then unscrewed the bake and broil elements (did not unclip them) and proceeded with cleaning. Once complete I screwed the bake and broil element in, but when I turned the circuit breaker on, these two elements would not work. The surface elements are fine, the display is fine and no error code occurs. The oven light also works. Checked the two elements and both give readings of 22 Ohms. Would it be possible that the thermal fuse failed?. Thanks, Mike

The oven stopped getting very hot so we replaced the bake element and the sensor. We thought the problem was solved but I went to cook a turkey breast at 325 for 3 1/2 hours and the oven isnot getting above 175. Also the panel where you program cook time, temp., etc. Makes a lot of clicking noises while the oven is on. What do we need to do next?

Hi, My stove's hot surface indicator light is always on wether the surface is hot or cold. Is the problem the light indicator unit P/N AP3175597, or can it be something else? Is there a test I can perform on this indicator to see if it is faulty? Thanks

Could the thermal fuse be the issue if the oven and control panel lighting are not functioning? The range top is functioning normally at all four switches and burners.

Power to oven works fine. Everything works except elements, bake and broil. Will power still work on oven if thermal fuse is blown?

Hi, when the oven is set to bake at 350 the temperature will swing from 327 to 417 or more. There doesn't seem to be any temp consistency at any pre-set temp. Is this the temp sensor or control board?

When using oven, it heats but is burning food on the outside but inside is raw. It will preheat and broiler burner will cut out but bottom element will stay cherry red. This happens when cooking on 350. It shows no error code but when i hold cancel to retrieve last code it reads F3 E2. I dont think controle panel is bad but have no clue.
