We start the dryer and it runs for about 30 seconds and then stops.

Answer Hello Gordon. Based on the information you provided, if the dryer runs and shuts off after a few seconds, then the motor may be getting hot, and you will need to replace the motor W10448901 in the unit. Hope this helps.
