Can the timer cause a will not work at all symptom?
Answer Hello George. Sure, if the timer 22001255 is bad, it can cause the unit not to work at all. If there is power to the timer and the timers does not work, you will need to replace the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
The washer skips over the spin cycle. Could the timer be going?
Have to go back and put it on the spin cycle to make it spin.

wash doesn't not go through all cycles
Answer Mark, some basic checks: make sure the debris screens in the fill valve and hoses are clean and the faucets are open, Listen for the lid switch to "click" when you raise and lower the lid several times. make sure the washer is level in both directions. When or where on the dial does the washer stop ? Is there any noises before this occurrs. The better information we have, the more precise we can be for you. Thanks.
