Whirlpool washer Modle # LXR7244JQ1 fills,washes,stops for 30 mins. at the pause/cool down. Then starts again. What's it's problem, please. An answer today? Thank you.

Hello my washer goes through the wash cycle and agitates but then it does not drain the water and go into the next cycle. It seems that the timer is not advancing after the wash cycle. Do I need to replace the timer?

The dial on the washer that tells the washer what kind of load of clothes that you are trying to wash. It will only work now in delicate cycle.
