I have an Estate washer that's only 2-3 yrs old; when the cycle is finished on the Regular cycle, it starts filling with water again. What's this all about!? I am currently using the Permanent cycle...until it goes out. Do I need a new timer?

My Estate washer stopped after the rinse cycle and will not spin out the water. I replaced the lid latch and the washer will not do anything. It seems like it is not getting any power to it but I have checked the fuse box and also water hoses for blockages. Any ideas? Could it be the timer?

This is a Whirlpool Estate Washer. When you pull out the on switch to start it nothing happens. It won't start and the lid is closed. What could be wrong with it?

Admiral, only 9 mos old. Does all wash cycles fine. Water levels and temps fine. Then, beginning rinse cycle, agitator starts, it begins to squirt water in for about 10 seconds and then water stops, but the agitator keeps going. Workaround: Rotate timer back to wash, wait until it fills with selected temperature water, rotate to rinse and let it finish that way. What's wrong?

Washer starts and runs fine, until it gets halfway through the rinse cycle. As soon as it starts to drain the tub, the agitator acts like it wants to turn but then stops. If I open the lid and shut it again it will take off like it's supposed to. Tried by-passing the lid switch but that didn't work. Replaced the timer and it still does it. Any ideas what I should try next? Thank you.
