DC error code and the Neptune quits the spin mode, Water is drained. If empty it will only spin for a couple minutes and quit with 9 min left. I performed the tub displacement sensor diagnostics on our Neptune. It displays codes UO after Delicates and UC after handwash without pushing down on the corners. Bad Sensor?

When washing a load,it will go out of balance at the 11 or 12 minute mark. However,if I remove the clothes and restart;all of the water will pump out and the cycle will complete without going out of balance. Thank you for any help you may have.

I need some help my washer runs fine until I get to the 12 minute mark. I took the front panel off and notice that one of the Base Strut-assembly was broken. I order the Strut- assembly and replace both sides. I put the washer back together and turn the washer on but still the uC error code came on. So I was reading some of the question that are sent to you and one of them said they were having the same problem. so I order the TUB DISPLACEMENT SENSOR, and I cleaned out the drain pump assembly but still have the same I cannot get to finish the cycle to remove the water. please help model number FAV 6800AWQ

I had a repair man come out, he said I needed to replace the control board. I purchased the part and replace it & ran an empty load to see if it would complete the cycle. It gets to the 12 minute mark (where it starts to spin/drain) and I continue to get the uC error code, I open the washer and there is still water in it and no matter what setting I put it on I cannot get it to finish the cycle to remove the water. Any advice would be much appreciated.

The washer runs fine until the final rinse cycle then it it runs out of balance. Is that the out of balance sensor that is malfunctioning and needing replaced or should I be looking at something else that is malfunctioning? How do I test the sensor or other parts that may be the problem? Thank you for your support! Ann
