Does the outer tub include the bearing assembly? Is anything connected/included with this part? I'm getting a louder and louder noise on the spin cycle and most DIYs posts point to this part. AP4316595

I have water leaking water under the outer tub only when it fills up with water and starts agitating reverse and forward, could this be leaking water through the bearing & seal on the outer tub?

Our washer has been making a loud noise during the spin cycle and then stopped working. I took the Stator apart and it looked good. When I put it back together it worked fine for a while and now it's loud again and has stopped working altogether. I'm guessing from the other questions I need to replace the outer tub with seal and bearings but for this model is that correct?

During spin cycle washer is very loud. Bearings need to be replaced. Don't understand why the outer tub needs to be replaced as well. Could you please explain why the tub needs replaced as well. Thank you.

Wondering which is the better option for Cabrio tub bearing failure? 1. Get a whole new outer tub with the bearings, seals and shaft already pressed in for ~$200. Or..... 2. Get the bearing kit and tool kit [ one time use ] for about the same money and risk the bearing and seal not seating properly. Seems like the whole tub is a better safer deal although more work to R&R... Any thoughts appreciated. Thank You
