Our ice maker is leaking in the freezer section -- causing 'icicles' to form on the bottom of the ice maker, and also dripping down into the freezer compartment. Does this sound like a valve problem? Thank you.

I believe that I have a frozen water line that supplies the icemaker. I replaced the icemaker and valve but it still will not make ice. I do hear the humming noise that I have heard before when the solenoid is fired opening the water valve but no water goes to the tray. How do I unfreeze this water line? Simply unplug and let it defrost (is there a simpler way b/c I do not have an extra freezer to keep my food in). Any other suggestions?? Thank you.

Dear Sir/madam. Unfortunately, one of the solenoid is leaking of the part AP3886069 in my home KitchenAid refrigerator. Actually, the electronic board is good. Can I only order the solenoid part separately? Is it avaialble? Thanks in advance.

The leak seem to from the supply side of inlet valve. Is there a way stop the leak or does the part need to be replaced? Also how do I remove the 3 water lines from the valve, they seem to be pressed in? Do I pull out or try to pry out?
