You show two PN's: 22001274 & 22002360 Which one does mine take for the water valve?
Answer Bill, Based on the model number and serial number you supplied, you will need to order part number 22002360 to repair your stacked laundry center. Thanks
It just quit during the fill cycle. I have replaced the fill valve and both lid switches. Still nothing not even a click. I have also replaced fuse.
Answer Hello Michal,
Does the unit still spin? If not, the issue will be in the power supply to the unit, (wall receptacle). If it will spin, the issue still has to be in the lid switch. It could just be out of adjustment or, if the switches are activated at the wrong time or mis-wired, the fuse could be blown again. There could also be an issue with the pressure switch.
My washing machine has a large leak when using hot water. The cold seems to be fine. Do you have any idea of what part may be causing the problem?
Answer Hello Frank. You will need to check and see if the water valve is leaking when you turn it on. If the leak is coming from the water valve on the unit, you will need to replace the water valve 22002360 on the unit.
My washer will not fill with either hot or cold. I checked the power to the valves and they both have full power but they won't open. It worked one day then not the next.
Answer Adam, Are you sure the faucets are open, and you have plenty of water supply ? Turn the faucets off and disconnect the hoses from the washer and faucets and check the debris screens for debris and clogs. It does sound like a faulty fill valve, "they both have full power" but both solenoids failing at the same time is not that common a failure. Good Luck and Thanks
Hi, the cold water on my washer has been drizzling in. The hose screens were removed with lots of built up 'gunk'. There is power, the tub spins on all cycles but will not fill with either hot or cold water.
Answer Hello Karen! You will need to replacement the inlet water valve. To determine the correct valve used on your appliance we would need your serial number, a series change has been applied to this model. Thanks!
Washer wont start, fuse blown. Whats the cause?
Answer Hello Pete. The fuse blows due to an off balanced load or a bad lid switch assembly 12001514. If the load was good, you will need to replace the lid switch assembly. Hope this helps.
