My Washer has started giving me a NF code when washing on the cold cycle. It act as if it is trying to fill with water but does nothing (there is a buzzing as it does this). Research suggest we look into replacing the water inlet valve and we want to make sure that we order the correct part. The model is MAH5500BWW and the serial number is 89953424AL . We are also looking to replace seal around the door as it has mold on it that will not come off no matter how much cleaning. Thank you,

My serial number is A4814078CP. Is this the correct part for my machine? Part Number: AP4026884 MFG Part Number: 22003245 My water pressure from through the hoses in a bucket is great. When the washer runs and hits the rinse cycle the pressure drops and tries to fill until the no fill warning comes up and won't complete the cycle.

My Neptune washer is shutting off with message NF. Appears on cotton, heavy and stain mode the washer does not get enough water and therefore shuts off. All hoses are free and nothing on screens. In other smaller cycles washer works ok. What could it be and is it easy for me to fix myself? Please let me know and thanks. Ken

I just replaced the water valve to fix a lack of warm water flow and now the cold water flow is very poor (shut-off is fully open and all screens are clean). Is my new valve faulty or is there something else that controls the amount of cold water entering the dispenser?

The tub overflowed. The water continues to fill when machine is unplugged. I have to turn off the water at the facet. The spin cycle pumped out the water. Is a new water valve needed, and if so, which one? Will I need any additional parts to install? Thanks for your help.
