I was getting a sud and f02 message and the washer wasn't draining. Checked the drain and found a paperclip, some coins and a section of underwire from a bra. The washer was fine for a few loads but again the signals appeared. The machine was unplugged and allowed to reset and the drain cycle selected when plugged in to the outlet. Nothing happened but there is a low humming sound coming from the machine.

Water in the machine even with inlets shut off and washer unplugged Drain Rise spin removes it but fills back in. Sometimes, no problem with water spigots on and power on. No error codes. It's puzzling. We tried the suggestions made by one of your support persons. We run the machine with loads and it works fine. We want to solve this water seepage back into the drum so that it doesn't overflow. Thanks for any suggestions.

we will get a f 2 code when washer is trying to drain. it wont let the water out.I took the front off to check screen and all the water drained out. the pump was making a strange noise but i could see it spinning.I took the hose off the back side of pump and watched it spit and sputter small gurgles of water out, acting like it was not building enough pressure to pump the water up the hose to the drain. bad pump?
