Would a faulty water pump cause the unit to stop, beep and blink an f code, then eventually lock the door with a load of wet clothes inside?
Answer Yes if the water is not pumping out, then the machine thinks it is flooding and shuts off, and locks the door for safety.

I get a F02 error code and I washed out the drain hose, cleared the pump strainer and replaced the pump, but I still get a F-02 error code. Is there some way to clear this code?
Answer Hello James,
As per the tech sheet: If the drain time exceeds eight minutes, the water valves are turned off and “F/02” is flashed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL two times to clear the display. NOTE: After four minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then four minutes later the “F/02” error code will be displayed. Possible Causes / Procedure: 1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked. 2. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 3. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running. 4. Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects. 5. Plug in washer or reconnect power. 6. If the above does not correct the problem, go to step 7. 7. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 8. Replace the pump. If this still does not clear the issue, there is a problem with the programming of the EEPROM and the control 8182695 will have to be replaced.
I replaced the pump like maybe 6 months ago. When it is draining, it is taking way to long. I think the drain time exceeds 8 minutes and is showing the F2 code. Is there a timer how long the pump has to work or a water sensor because it seems like the pump is still going on when the water is gone. Please let me know what could be the problem. Thanks.
Answer Hello Attila,
The drain pump 280187 will continue to run after most of the water is gone to drain out the water from the material that is pulled out by gravity. The pump running after the water appears to be gone is normal for this reason. If it runs until the F2 fault code is displayed, there could be a set of contacts in the pressure switch W10514214 stuck, telling the control water is still present. If the pressure switch tests good, the machine control board 8182687, which interprets the information sent to it by the units' components, could have a corrupted microprocessor program and will have to be replaced to correct the issue.
F 11 flashes what dose this mean?
Answer Hello Nancy. Possible Causes / Procedure
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check wire harness connections to the MCU, the
motor, and Central Control Unit (CCU).
3. Check the drive system for any worn or failed
4. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
5. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or
6. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive
7. Check the drive motor for powered rotations.
8. Check that the serial harness at the MCU is not
mounted upside down. The wires should be to the left
when facing the MCU connectors.
My washing machine runs well at the beginning and in the middle of the cycle, it beeped and flashed the signal of F33. I have to cancel the cycle and drain all the water, then move to rinse and spin to continue. Then in the middle of it, it flashes F33 again. I then cancel again and drain the water. Then moving it to drain and spin, it will complete the cycle. I cleared out the filter but the problem still continues. Is it the pump that I need to replace?
Answer Hello Frieda,
The fault code F33 is explained on the tech sheet as follows: If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine, the valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed. OR If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow sensor has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
In light of this information I would make sure the water supply faucets are turned all the way on, the hoses are not kinked behind the unit, and no screens are stopped up from mineral deposits and/or sedimentation from the water supply. If these are all good, I would replace the water inlet valve 8182862.
