Upon water fill, if I select the temperature to warm or hot, the water pulses and causes water hammer issues. The screens on the water inlet valve are clean. Both water lines have no issues when the washer is disconnected and I drain into a bucket. The cold water fill is perfectly fine. This only happens with warm and hot filling cycles. Warm water fill pulses between cold and hot water. Hot water fill pulses on its' own. Warm and hot water fillup causes water hammering. Is this a bad water inlet valve assembly? BTW, this issue has occurred the entire time I've owned the unit. My water pressure is within specs.

Hello! When I pull the selector knob out to add water. There is a delay to start filling. The delay can vary from 2 seconds to 15 seconds. Would that be the water inlet valve assembly failing? Thanks for your help

I have a Maytag and a Whirlpool washer that both are not sensing. The Maytag will not drain or spin on the cycles and I have to continue to restart it on differant cycles until it does finally spin out,and then have to do it again. I also have to blow into the hose to help it get started. What can the problem be?

I have a commercial washer. My questions are, what is the purpose of the thermistor located at end of the water valve? The second question, the washer has a pressure switch. The old one has been replaced now. The new one stays engaged when the machine does not need it. Could you tell me the problem? Thanks

HI, my washer drips water into the tub every once in a while after the wash has completed. If I run an extra rinse cycle the water drip usually stops. What is the best way to fix this? Thank you

I'm not getting hot water into the machine during fill up. I cycle the temperature switch from cold, cool, warm and hot a few times and I get hot water but at a slower rate than the cold. It cycles from hot to cold during fill up with the pressure much greater when the cold water comes into the machine. I checked the resistance on the water inlet valves and I'm getting 1,000 ohms on each and I understand that means they are working normally. Do you think the problem is the valves are faulty, screen clogged or is it the water temperature switch.
