get an F1 error code when trying to wash on Normal cycle, pushed pause/cancel then start to get the same error code again. Washer will wash on bulky items; have to push start 3 times to get it to make it through the first cycle to finish the wash. do you think its the pressure hose or maybe the control board?
Teri for Model Number wtw6600sw2
Answer Teri, The F1 error indicates an issue in the Pressure switch signal circuit. The first thing to do is disconnect the air tube 353244 from the back of the control board and blow in the end to clear any debris that may be in the hose. Check the wiring connections, at the control board and the RPS sensor on the motor. If all's OK, then replace the control board W10189966
Turn on washer water leaks when filling up on floor.
Roy Boy for Model Number rtw4100wq1
Answer Hello Roy boy. Check and see if the water is leaking out of the pump W10288040 located on the front of the motor. You can lean the machine backwards and check this. Also, check the tub to pump hose and the drain hose for holes and see if they are leaking.
Small water leak under front of machine when water level adjustment is made.
It does not seem to leak when washer is filling or when discharging water.
It will leak 1 0r 2 cups of water each time you use the washer
Steve K. for Model Number kenmore 110 20942 991
Answer Hello Steve. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like pump 3363394 may be leaking. Lean the machine back and see if the pump is dripping and has a small hole in it. If so, replace the pump on the washer. Hope this helps.
waterlevel wont stop filling and change to wash cycle...water level tube not in clip on side of drum...will that cause the problem?
John for Model Number wtw5820swo
Answer John, The air dome hose being detached from the clip, does not cause a fill problem, You do want to check the hose for pin holes, clogs and kinks. You also want to reattch the hose once you've checked it. Heres another quick check : while the washer is filling for a cycle, unplug the power cord, if the washer stops filling, and the air dome hose is OK, you'd have a bad water level switch W10339251 . If you unplug the cord, and it continues to fill you'd have a bad water inlet fill valve 3979346. Good Luck and Thanks
Pump would not work , replaced pump, washed one load of clothes, now no water will fill, have checked hoses.
Brandy for Model Number MVWC6ESWW1
Answer Brandy, Check the water level switch hose for twists, kinks, and clogs. Replace the water sensor switch W10248240 as well.
Good Luck.
water will not go into the washer, everything else will work if water is put in the machine
Linda C for Model Number MVWC6ESWW1
Answer Linda, You probably don't need the water level switch hose, but most likely need the sensor switch W10248240. Also make sure you have water available to the fill valve from both hoses. Thanks and Good Luck.
I am having a problem with the washing machine dispensing cold water. Hot water is fine.
