TIA for reading. Please help me. Details ~ Washer Brand - Kenmore Model number 11023032100 Type 111 Machine has run fine over the years, NO major issues ever. Background~ Upper agitator is rotating clockwise and counterclockwise. I believe the agitator dogs have gone bad. After we noticed that the agitator dogs are bad we have used the machine a few times. Dogs have NOT been replaced yet Problem ~ Machine with a heavy load of JUST towels banged for a while than I forced the switch while in the rinse cycle to spin to force a quick completion of the cycle and STOP the banging. Clothes came out wet but WITH A LOT OF BLACK GUNK PARTICLES - LESS THAN AN INCH SIZE - THESE GOT STUCK TO THE CLOTH. Want to know what shall I fix given the background. I opened the machine and didnt find any major damage to the COUPLER. DIDN'T SEE ANY OIL OOZING OUT OF THE TRANSMISSION.MOTOR IS RUNNING FINE. The pump on this machine was replaced with a genuine FSP pump brought from your site 4 years back. Please help me before I replace the CLUTCH ASSEMBLY or any other part. Thank you.

The water is not draining. The washer works until it is time to drain, and then it shuts off. I'm wondering how you know if it is the pump, or the timer that needs replacing. You advised to someone else, "If the motor is not running you will need to verify the timer is sending voltage to the motor. If so, the motor 661600 most likely has a bad winding. If not, the timer 3946448 is suspect. As a note, the wiring between the timer and motor should be checked before ordering the timer. " So the motor must be running until it is time to drain, would I assume it is the timer? How would you check the wiring between the timer and motor? Are you just making sure they are attaches?

I just replaced the 3363394 pump in our kenmore washing machine because the old one was leaking. The new one doesn't leak but defiantly makes a new noise that wasn't there with the old one. Any suggestions? Things I might have missed?

Washer fills and agitates then during drain it makes a clicking sound and room light flickers like a heavy draw on electrical system, clothes are not as dry after spin as they once were. It is doing this on both reg. and permanent press cycles.

I have a Whirlpool washer that doesn't drain but spins. It's not the lid switch, checked the pump and it seems good, no obstructions in the hoses or the pump. The washer fills and agititates, but when it's supposed to drain just jumps straight to spin spinning without stopping to drain. Any idea of what it could be? Thanks
