Answer Hello Rachael. If the washer is not allowing you to select the cycles, then you may have an issue with the control panel on the unit. The model number you provided is not working on our data base. It show this as not a US model. You will need to see if the user interface is part of the control panel or if you need to order it as well.

Answer Hello Mark, Aside from checking to make sure that water is turned on you also may want to check to make sure that the drain is not down too far into the standpipe which would cause a siphoning effect. Also check to make sure that the screens on the water valve have not become clogged.

Answer Hello Robert. If there is no power coming to the drain pump during the spin cycle, and the wires are good, you will need to order and replace the control board on the unit.

Answer Stewart, Yes, you will need to order the "Silver Care" PCB. and check the wiring connections for corrosion. If you had water or moisture on the connectors at the inlet assembly, we're pretty sure there was damage to the "Silver Care" PCB.
