The mounts for the condenser fan motor (241696606) I just purchased from you are different than original. These mounts are in the front. I called and they said it was a newer part but should work anyways. How are you installing it?

Answer Hello Jason. You will need to make sure the condenser fan motor is turned in the correct direction to install it into the unit. If not, the holes will not lign up.

When attaching fan ap4393271 to motor ap4824720, does the washer on the motor shaft set against the fan or the motor?

Answer Hi Pm.The fan motor part # 241696606 needs the washer pushed half way in between the fan blade and motor. I believe it is used as a "balance " for the shaft as if it very slightly wobbles. For more of a frequency tuner if you will. Thank you.

Answer Hello Joe. The fan blade pushes onto the motor shaft. The remove the fan blade, you will pull it off. Hope this helps.
