I'm helping a friend replace her burner elements both 6 inch and 8 inch. All four of the existing ones are no longer level. A pan will not sit on them flat anymore and they don't sit correctly I'm sure. I have no idea what happened to cause this however I don't want to install them wrong. Is there something she did wrong in replacing them after cleaning each time that might be the problem? She's a sweetheart and has no clue what she might have done.

I need to replace both 6" & 8" elements. These I have found on your website. However, considering the prongs on my currents elements are badly pitted I believe I need to replace all four surface element receptacles. I have not been able to locate the receptacles.
