The tub bangs against the sides very violently for a few seconds then seems to settle down and be fine. The cloths are even in the tub so they are not causing an off balance spin. This is causing the top plastic part on top of the tube to break up.

The Maytag Centennial Commercial Technology High Efficiency during the wash cycle the machine makes a grinding noise. The machine is about 3 years old top loader. Have to wash all loads on heavy and it still sounds like it is grinding.

I activated the Service Diagnostic Modes and ran both the manual and automatic test modes, and my washer performed without any problems. However, it still does not agitate nor spin during regular washing cycles. Is it possible that a washer passes all the manual and automatic test modes but still does not agitate/spin?

Why I am I continually needing to replace part W10006355 Actuator in my Whirlpool washer? The last one lasted 2 months. The previous one 10 months. Is there something else that is causing the the Actuator to wear out or malfunction? Today makes the fourth time I have replaced this part.

I am working on a Kenmore washer model #110.21102011, it is acting erratic. In the wash cycle sometimes it will agitate for 15 minutes and sometimes only 4. In the rinse cycle it only puts in about half the water as it should. I replaced the main board with no change. Any ideas?

Machine will fill and drain. Tries to sensor and wash, rinse, or spin but tub will not move. Makes a noise like it is trying to move but doesn't. Will go thru the timed cycle filling and draining water but will not agitate or spin. Checked the belt and it is fine.
