we are experiencing spin problems. sometimes it spins slower, and then spins faster but not very long. Clothes are still very wet . At the beginning of the cycle, the machine sits there sensing for a long time.

Hi, Washer gets stuck on "sensing" with lid lock flashing. Went in diagnostic mode and did the following: 1. Cleared previous errors 2. Ran auto test - F1 E2 error 3. Ran manual test - all functions worked properly (fill, drain, spin, agitate). 4. Reseated connections on control board. Does this error indicate I need a control board or is the motor going bad (or something entirely different)?

Lid lock light flashes intermittently, washer stops at 12 minutes before starting drain/spin. Unplug and manually start at drain/spin cycle usually gets going but stops with 1 minute showing. Did fault test and saw F1 E2, CL, F7 E6. What parts need repacing?

When I start my washer machine the lid will lock and then it starts sensing. A minute or two later the unlocks and then locks again. It will do this once or twice then the solenoid for the lid lock makes some crazy noise like it's stuck. The machine stops working when this happens. We have to unplug it to get it reset. We have replaced the lid latch a few days ago with no change. It's to the point now where it does it every time and won't work know.
