I need a female faucet aerator adapter that fits the kitchen faucet (this is where female is needed). This adapter should accept the snap on hose from the Appliance listed, the Kenmore 110.42722201 portable clothes washer. The adapter snout that the washer connects should be about 1/2 inch long. I recently received an adapter (part # W10254672) for my dishwasher. I installed it and am running the dishwasher right now. It is leaking from the faucet constantly. It is not just a drip or two, it's almost a steady stream. Obviously it is not working correctly. I paid $30 including shipping. What do you suggest I do?

My sink faucet has internal threads, so I need an adapter for my whirlpool washer and all I can find are adapters with internal threads. I looked for a male to male adapter to go from my sink to the dishwasher hook up and cannot find anything. Short of replacing my kitchen faucet I am lost. Thanks
