My ice bin agitator keeps freezing up and will not dispence ice cubes through the door?
Answer Hi C.W. If your agitator is freezing up, then you are getting outside air up into your chute, and bin assembly. This is caused by the chute flapper aassembly not closing well. This will require replacing 3- parts that works this. The ice door chute is part # 12562701. The door chute insulation part # is 67007098. The ice chute seal is part # 12665101. All work together to insure that there is a complete 360 degree seal onto the door chute itself. You can clean the area when you are there changing the parts. Tell everyone to "get the ice first" in order for the full glass of beverage does not splash up and backwards into the upper area and elactronic controls, causing more issues. Such as a burnt board. Thank you.
How does cap or helix attach to auger?
Answer Hello Levi. You will need to remove the auger from the ice bucket to attach the helix. It snaps into place. Hope this helps.
