Is it normal for the the agitator to run while the machine is on spin cycle and when you touch the tub this one stops and if you try to hold the agitator the tub runs backwards can this be a transmission problem or can you tell me what can cause this I already checked the hub underneath the washer is good nothing is broken in it .??
