Bought this set but the filter part (top piece) dosen't fit very tight. It comes off in the spin cycle & bangs around in the tub. It seems to fit on the old agitator but that one is cracked. I had one of these sets replaced already becaused it was broken when I recieved it. It dosen't fit tight on that agitator either. Not sure what to do ? Please help

The upper agitator seems to have a screw on the side holding it to the lower agitator. The screw hole seems to be stripped and now it keeps falling. This washer was purchased used and may have been modified. What are your thoughts?
