Answer Mark, You will want to check to make sure that the diffuser is operating properly as the unit does not have a fan behind the diffuser. You will want to check to make sure that there is no ice building in the diffuser area that would cause the unit to not have air flow. Also check to make sure that the fan in the freezer compartment is running.

Answer Hello michaelj. 1. Unplug refrigerator or disconnect power. 2. Remove the mounting screw and wire channel from the top of the refrigerator compartment. 3. Remove the mounting screw and air baffle... more cover.4. Locate the air chute in the top of the freezer compartment. NOTE: For models in which the ice maker is turned for ice in the door, pull the ice maker forward and remove it from the product. 5. Remove the air chute mounting screw and cover. Style 1 - Remove the air chute. Then remove the air scoop from the baffle W10151374. Style 2 - Remove the air chute from the baffle. 6. Release the air baffle retaining clips from the freezer compartment and push the air baffle toward the refrigerator compartment.7. Pull the air baffle assembly into the refrigerator compartment and disconnect the wiring connector from the baffle motor.8. Reinstall the baffle assembly in the reverse order. 9. Plug in refrigerator or reconnect power.

Answer Hi Mario. How are your cavity temperatures ? Use a quality thermometer and put the controls at mid point. The freezer should be no colder then 0 to -2°. The fresh food should be between 37° and 47°. Adjust the controls one step per 24 hrs. Once you have established this, then you can remove the control panel complete assy. Look at all mechanical rods and adjustments for binding or breakage. The air diffuser part # is part # W10151374 that is located behind the rear left upper corner where the freezer air enters the cabinet. Thank You.

Answer Hello John. If an item is placed need the damper, it will freeze due to the air coming into the fresh food is from the freezer. However, if it is freezing items at the front of the shelf, then the temperature sensor 2198202 may be bad and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Joe. It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the back wall of the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater 2323197 and the defrost thermostat W10225581. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer 4388932. Once the problem is repaired, you will need to thaw out the ice on the coils before the unit will operate properly.
