Are there any parts that come with the wash arm assembly?
I found several broken black plastic parts in the pump plus inside the wash arm itself.I can't figure what part is broken other than it is black.
All parts seem to be accounted for except #31 on the Pump Filter drawing which is generic.

Answer Bill, The lower wash arm is the only part you'll receive if you order it 99001788. If you have black plastic chips in the arms and pump, you most likely have a damaged wash impeller 99002069. You'll need to dismantle the pump assembly to access it. You may want to consider the seal kit 6-915435, that way you'll cover the possibility of a damaged drain impeller as well.
How do you disasemble bottom arm- it is filled with garbage...

Answer Hi. You'll need to remove the lower rack, on the top center of the lower spray arm you will find a large plastic two part insert. With a knurled edge, unscrew(turn it counterclockwise)until it comes off. You need to remember the orientation of the jump up nozzle in the center of the insert. You can then lift the arm off the support and clean it out. Good Luck!
