Answer HI Twila. You need to first remove the adjuster assy. with wheels out from the bottom of the arm petitioners. They lock into position as they are pushed up into the clips. Then you can pop the arm adjusters out from the rack. The arm adjusters part # 8268738. That's the best way as the pictorial view shows the removal from this way. Thank You.
